really an update
I am in the middle two to homework loaded weeks. Last week I wrote 3 simple book reviews, a literary circle list of questions, a 9 page exam, a 4 page paper, an extremely specific lesson plan. I studied for and took an exam and read 2 adolescent books. I also started tutoring reading at an elementary school this past week, which takes about 5 hours of my week, but it is a relief, because it is a monotony breaker, and a fantastic experience for me. This upcoming week I have 3 book reviews, one children's, 2 adult a reflection on technology, and two tests. One book is read and one I am halfway through.
Now that you are bored out of your mind with my crazy homework list, let me just say. I am so glad last week is over and I can't wait til this one is too, because then it is
SPRING BREAK
Spring break wouldn't be all that great if it wasn't for the great big stressful build up to the need for that break.
I am soo excited.
I will get to see my best friend who I have not seen since July.
I'm staying with my incredible cousin and her family- she says she'll show me the cool parts of Arkansas- this includes the first dime store Wal-Mart.
I get to go to a family gathering, one that is supposed to be full of laughs
what makes all these thoughts better is the fact that in 2 and a half hours, I will be taking part in a birthday party for me, so there will be game playing.
The best thing though, is that despite all this insane homework, God has been speaking to me, I am encouraged and I want to seek Him more at all times of the day, most of all I want to encourage you, press on, stick it out, it may be killer now, and maybe forever, but what is your outlook, are you enjoying this moment, listen to the music, the beautiful sound, stop focusing on what is to come, be excited, joyful right now. Why not, it is exciting whether good or bad, because life is flat out exciting.

i'm really glad you've having a good weekend. i do hope it extends into the week. Arkansas sounds like fun! You have so many thing to be thankful for:
